- Is an incredible teether. I never know when new teeth break through unless she has a runny nose. She now as 16 teeth.
- Started going to nursery a month early (had to give myself some free time before babies join us) She loves it!!! is super good when we drop her off and the leaders always tell us how good she is.
- Still sleeps like a champ. Bedtime 9 pm, wakes up between 9-11am (yes, 11 am is right! She loves her sleep)
- Now only naps once a day, usually 3 hours after waking up. Takes a 2 hr nap early afternoon.
- Is still an incredible eater. Loves Cream O Wheat cereal, regular cereal, bananas, cucumbers, PB&J sandwiches, cheese quesadillas, potatoes, fish. She will basically eat everything we do, but sometimes struggles with chicken meals. She is 87% in weight for a reason... she is always eating/snacking. And she still gets a bottle of milk before nap time and bedtime.
- Usually has to watch TV to eat or she looses interest and wants to go play. Loves being in her high chair and when you ask if she is ready to eat she tries to climb into it herself.
- LOVES her Chewy!!! (KO isn't playful so she could careless about him) Is always calling "Chew" and claps her hands to get his attention. Loves to run with his toys and tease him. Loves to hear him bark (she will laugh hysterically when he barks at her) He really is her best friend, and he loves her just as much.
- Still DOES NOT talk. Says "mamma", "Chew" "Go" "all done" and will very very rarely say "Dada" Its pretty frustrating to try to teach her to talk, she just doesn't seem to care.
- Still jabbers away in her "Harpanese" language. She is never quiet and has started talking to her stuffed animals.
- Is big into giving kisses, especially blowing good bye kisses. She kisses my baby belly all the time and rubs is saying "soft"
- Loves when Jeff plays the guitar and often tries to play with him. She isn't much into dancing but will spin in circles or shake her bump.
- Loves playing in her room, reading books, playing with her kitchen set. She will always make us food and feed it to us on a spoon and then say "mmmm"
- Loves bath time, which usually lasts 30-45 min. some nights we have to add warm water she plays so long.
- Loves getting her teeth brushed and will hum "ahhhh" they whole time you brush them.
- Loves playing outside with rocks, running barefoot in the grass, and chasing other kids.
- Loves watching TV but is really into Toy Story, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, Tangled and is starting to enjoy Frozen.
- still a very cuddly lovey girl, especially in the mornings or when watching tv.
- Loves both momma and daddy and doesn't have a preference who she cuddles with, plays with or reads books with.
- Still a very independent little girl, never needs to be entertained or has to be in the same room as us. She is content jabbering to herself and talking to all her toys
- Laughs whenever mom and dad kiss. She will even turn Jeff's face towards mine to keep kissing me... and then she wants to join in and kiss us.
- Loves car rides and never cries or throws a fit when being in her car seat.
- Loves going shopping and riding in the shopping carts.
I'm sure this list can go on and on because she is growing so much and has the sweetest, bubbliest, funniest personality ever. So I'll just let some pictures do the talking now.
One day Jeff was changing Harpers dirty diaper and had her legs bent up so far over her head that she couldn't breath and was trying to cry... She then cried forever afterward and wanted nothing to do with Jeff. I was busy cleanning and cooking but she wanted me so bad... so I threw her in the kitchen sink with bubbles. (sadly she has never played with bubbles and was mesmerized) Later Daddy won her over with a rootbeer float!
Jeff took her to scout camp one night so I could have some alone time and relax at home. They left at 630 and got home at 1030 pm... she had a blast and was FILTHY.
Loves laying on by belly... but it always has to be with my shirt up.
I'm afraid someone is sensing that babies are coming soon. She loves playing in their swings and this particular day she swung in it for 10 min... binkie (which she is only allowed to have when she goes to bed), blankets and beanie boos
