Goodbye Ryan and Megan

So our dear friends that we have met just 4 months ago are moving back to Utah... oh how I wish I could go with them. We have really grown to love them and have had so much fun with them. Lucky for us, our journey as friends has just begun. Ryan just finished the ATC program that Jeff has just started and they are from Utah as well so we may be following them for years to come. Thanks Ryan and Megan for the great laughs, long nights and great memories.
For their little going away party we had tons of food, snacks, and a ginger bread house contest (but we just used graham crackers). Each couple had to come up with something creative and you had an hour to complete. Jeff and I did a car wash (we struggled agreeing on something and then ended up throwing our piece together with 25 minutes because I was too busy eating all our decorations and frosting, but it made for some good laughs!!!) Meg and Terr did a tall house/hotel is what we called it. Ryan and Megan with Ken's help did an airport with a runway and ATC tower. And the winners of the night were Ryan and Kari with a traditional gingerbread style house. Then we ended up chatting and laughing late into the night and us girls watching the boys play a little Call of Duty. We really have been blessed with great friends and I look forward to having many more laughs and memories with Ryan and Megan in the future. We love you guys!!!!

Last Sunday was the First Presidency Christmas Devotional. Well we recorded it and had the "crew" come over to watch it with us. Ryan got a hold of my camera and had fun taking pics of us all. Thanks Ryan... if ATC doesn't go well for ya, photography will :)
